It’s Candy Corn Time!

Fall themed table runner pattern. We both love the fall – Halloween, Thanksgiving, harvest festivals…. The best part is the candy – then decorating. What candy screams fall? Candy corn? We thought it would be fun to play with that concept and then we thought, “wouldn’t it be great if we could have the candy corn turned in different directions, as though you were pouring it out of the bag?” But then we thought we’d probably have to create a paper pieced pattern – however, we aren’t that keen on paper piecing. So, we cast a spell and were able to create what we call a “Deconstructed Paper Pieced” pattern. Halloween may be scary, but this runner isn’t. Oh, and with a little more magic, you can make this with fewer blocks and create a wall hanging!
